1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using ALNX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Description of Service
ALNX is a terminal assistant that provides AI-generated command suggestions, explanations, risk classifications, and code generation. ALNX is an advisory tool. It does not execute commands on your behalf.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any command you execute on your systems.
- ALNX provides suggestions only. The decision to execute any command rests entirely with you.
- You must review and validate all suggestions before execution, especially those classified as medium, high, or critical risk.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your systems and data.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions.
- You must not use ALNX to intentionally harm systems, networks, or data you do not own or have authorization to manage.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- ALNX is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that suggestions will be accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for your specific environment.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ALNX, including but not limited to: data loss, system downtime, security breaches, or any damages resulting from executing commands suggested by the tool.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for ALNX services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arzen Group SpA, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of ALNX or violation of these Terms.

- AI responses are probabilistic and may be incorrect, outdated, or contextually inappropriate.
- We do not control the output of third-party AI models.
- Risk classifications are heuristic-based and may not catch all dangerous commands.
- Never execute critical commands in production without manual verification, regardless of ALNX's risk classification.
